Tank Cleaning
With the training and equipment that our Industrial Cleaning crews specialize in, our team can perform safe confined space entries to perform the proper cleaning required for each tank. However, with the dangerous materials stored in the tank, it is crucial to follow the proper precautions before entering the tank.
First, you must monitor the air to ensure safe air quality for our team. Then you must ensure that the tank is empty and verify the diagnostic of the material stored in the tank. The next step would be to empty as much sludge/ material left behind using our specialized transportation equipment.

Our specialized equipment consists of vacuum trucks and or vacuum tankers that are adequately equipped to handle and dispose of the material. For the material that is not easily disposed of, our environmental teams specialize in using high-pressure water blasters to break apart solids and remove the sludge. After the following steps are repeated until completion, the frac tanks can then be cleaned thoroughly until the tank can pass inspection for the quality that our business requires. Cleaning a tank requires you to properly wear the correct protective equipment to keep the individual and team performing the task safely. In addition, an individual inside the tank must have a buddy on the outside of the manhole for safety purposes.
