Bin And Silo Cleaning Services
Our bin and silo cleaning services are a great way to dismantle blockage from disrupting overall operation or productivity with minimal downtime. PECCO’s Bin Whip process is a dry, safe, and efficient method of removing blockage, plugging, bridging, ratholing, and/ or build-up. With our safe removal, the bin whip is able to remove lost storage capacity to maximize your productivity while recovering lost, usable material. Our Bin and silo cleaning services is an environmentally safe process that uses food-grade hydraulic fluid; and a spark-free operation allows our crew a safe and efficient cleaning option that does not require a Confined Space Entry. PECCO’s Bin Whip has proven to be effective on all types of materials with the help of the bindrilll. The bindrill is a safe and efficient way to bore through any material in order to get the product moving while keeping personnel safe.
Vibratory Catalyst Cleaning
PECCO offers a wide variety of catalyst cleaning solutions. PECCO starts the process by vacuuming out the loose material from inside the catalyst, where the build-up begins. Once the material is removed, PECCO will then attach vibratory equipment to the structure of the catalyst, where they will run in cycles to remove any blockage from inside the catalyst. PECCO then removes the ash from the levels below where it has dropped after the vibratory operation. PECCO will repeat this process as needed to ensure each customer gets back to optimal operating performance.

Line Cleaning and Pipe Camera Inspections
PECCO’s camera inspection crew has the capabilities to create real-time visual inspections on underground piping that allows for the ability to determine the condition of the inside of the piping. Our camera is run by 975 Feet of flexible fiber optic cable connected to a high-resolution video camera. Our waterproof video camera allows our camera operator to make informed decisions throughout the pipe inspection. Our camera is able to spot problems such as:

- Cracked, Broken or Collapsed Pipe
- Blockage
- Offset Pipe
- Corrosion

PECCO’s equipment consists of 3,000 PSI portable pressure washers with capabilities of both hot and cold-water settings. Our portable pressure washers are secured in a trailer that allows them to have self-contained water to clean areas that may have limited access to water. PECCO’s equipment also offers a variety of equipment such as multiple handgun/ tips that provide quicker and more efficient options to best suit the area being cleaned. In addition, our crews use environmentally friendly products in conjunction with our equipment to best fit the area.
